The article describes the analysis of factors which restrict there liability of machines exploited by usage of staff lubricants. It also shows the possibility of forming a monomolecular layer of surface-active materials at the expense of chemisorption force as well as the layer’s influence on the physicochemical processes on the edge of phase separation. There are also the technologies of monomolecular protective film acquisition as well as of surface quality control presented in the article. The perspectives of using the mentioned technology during production and exploitation of machines are given.
Проведен анализ факторов, ограничивающих надежность работы машин при использовании штатных смазочных материалов. Показана возможность формирования мономолекулярного слоя поверхностно-активных веществ за счет сил хемосорбции и влияния его на физико-химические процессы на границе раздела фаз. Описаны технологии получения мономолекулярной защитной пленки и контроля качества покрытия. Приведены перспективы применения технологии при изготовлении и эксплуатации машин. |
