| Description |
The pure red blood cell aplasia of renal transplant recipients caused by parvovirus B19 (PB19) is characterized by persistent anemia which resistant to erythropoietin therapy, lack of reticulocytes, bone marrow hypoplasia, and clinically accompanied by severe recurrent bacterial, fungal and viral infection. In case of reactivation PB19 it is necessarv, first of all, eliminate the causes activation of this virus and to cancel or reduce the dose of drugs which depressed the normal hematopoiesis germs, thus to reduce the pancytopenia associating complications in this population.
Парциальная красноклеточная аплазия костного мозга, вызванная парвовирусом-19 (ПВ19) у реципи- ента почечного трансплантата, характеризуется хронической анемией, рефрактерной к эритропоэтину с отсутствием ретикулоцитов, подавлением не только красного ростка кроветворения, но и гипоплазией костного мозга, клинически сопровождающейся тяжелой рецидивирующей бактериальной, грибковой и вирусной инфекцией. При реактивации ПВ19 необходимо устранить причины, вызывающие активацию указанного вируса и отменить или уменьшить дозу лекарственных препаратов, вызывающих угнетение нормальных ростков кроветворения, что позволит избежать присоединения осложнений, обусловленных цитопенией. |
