In article the analysis of a cost dynamics on construction of 1 km is carried out roadbed strips in various countries, and also loudspeakers of the budget on road construction for 2010–2016. Comparison of values is made changes of budgetary funds and construction cost of 1 km of a strip of road cloths. The reasons of uneven costs for road construction in the different countries are established. Calculation of an average deviation of a tax on emission of CO2 is made.
В статье проводится анализ динамики затрат на постройку 1 км полосы дорожного полотна в различных странах, а также динамики бюджета на дорожное строительство за 2010–2016 гг. Произведено сопоставление значений изменения бюджетных средств и стоимости строительства 1 км полосы дорожного полотна. Выявлены причины неравномерных затрат на дорожное строительство в разных странах. Произведен расчет среднего отклонения налога на выброс СО2. |
