Description In article the main directions of increase of efficiency of use of the personnel of the organization are considered. On the example of the concrete enterprise a number of actions for improvement of indicators on work and a salary on the basis of system of the balanced indicators is offered and the assessment of their efficiency is given.
В статье рассмотрены основные направления повышения эффективности использования персонала организации. На примере конкретного предприятия предложен ряд мероприятий по улучшению показателей по труду и заработной плате на основе системы сбалансированных показателей и дана оценка их эффективности.
