The review of literature considers the historical aspects and state-of-the-art of burnout in anesthesiologists-reanimatolo-gists and the factors leading to its development. Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion caused by prolonged stress in a stepwise manner through the mechanism for development of stress. Key words: burnout, anesthesiol-ogists-reanimatologists.
В обзоре литературы рассматриваются исторические аспекты и современное состояние проблемы эмоционального выгорания у анестезиологов-реаниматологов и факторы, которые приводят к его развитию. Эмоциональное выгорание характеризуется эмоциональным, умственным и физическим истощением, возникающим из-за продолжительной эмоциональной нагрузки, поэтапно, в соответствии с механизмом развития стресса. |
