80 patients were observed with infectious mononucleosis (IM) from 2 to 12 years. Diagnosis was confirmed by the definition of M- and G-antibodies to EBV, CMV, HHV6, PCR DNA these viruses, bacteriological and blood-tests investigations. 40 patients was given bifidumbacterin forte 45—90 doses a day and cycloferon 8 mg/kg/weight a day(1-st group). The comparison group consisted of 40 patients with IM receiving symptomatic therapy and antibiotics (2-nd group). The observations shoved significant decreasing of length of clinical symptoms IM in the 1-st group with comparison of the 2-nd group. The obtained results allow to recommend bifidumbacterin forte and cycloferon in the complex therapy in children with infectious mononucleosis.
Лечение пробиотиком бифидумбактерин форте в больших дозах (45—90 доз в сутки) курсами по 5 дней и циклофероном по 8 мг/кг в сут. проведено 40 госпитализированным детям в возрасте от 2-х до 14 лет, больных инфекционным мононуклеозом. Группу сравнения составили 40 детей того же возраста с таким же соотношением легких и среднетяжелых форм болезни. У всех детей клинический диагноз подтверждался серологическими методами обследования (обнаружение IgM и IgG-антител в ИФА к ВГЧ-4, ВГЧ-5 и ВГЧ-6 и у части больных (29 детей) обнаружением геномов этих вирусов методом ПЦР в крови, слюне и моче). Показано, что применение в комплексной терапии бифидумбактерина форте приводило к существенному уменьшению продолжительности и выраженности основных клинических симптомов заболевания (обшая интоксикация, гипертермия, увеличение лимфоузлов, наложения на миндалинах), что исключало необходимость применения гормональных препаратов и антибиотиков при среднетяжелых формах инфекционного мононуклеоза. Побочных действий применения бифидумбактерина форте и циклоферона не отмечено. |
