| Description |
The article presents data on the design of different influenza vaccines, as well as safety, immunogenicity and efficacy of a new national preventive virosomal? vaccine ULTRIKS®. It is shown that the vaccine is high-immunogenic preventive medications and may be recommended for annual preventive vaccination of children and adults against influenza, primarily of persons at higher risk of infection and the incidence of influenza and SARS, people older than 60 years, and persons with secondary immunodeficiency states.
В статье представлены данные по конструированию различных гриппозных вакцин, а также по безопасности, иммуногенности и профилактической эффективности новой отечественной виросомальной противогриппозной вакцины УЛЬТРИКС®. Показано, что вакцина является высокоиммуногенным профилактическим препаратом и может быть рекомендована для ежегодной профилактической вакцинации детей и взрослых против гриппа, в первую очередь лиц повышенного риска инфицирования и заболеваемости гриппом и ОРВИ, лиц старше 60 лет, а также лиц, имеющих вторичные иммунодефицитные состояния. |
