The article examines the prospects of the ongoing transformation of the Chinese foreign policy and possible outcomes of that transformation for Russia. The author argues that that China is at the early stage of building a new Sino-centric system of international relations first in the East Asia and later globally. While partnership with Russia is and will remain essential for the Chinese foreign policy strategy, at some point Russia will have to make a difficult decision about its vision of the future global order.
Статья посвящена перспективам трансформации внешней политики КНР и влиянию этого процесса на будущее российско-китайских отношений. По мнению автора, происходящий пересмотр китайского внешнеполитического курса будет сопровождаться попытками Китая выстроить китаецентричную систему международных отношений сначала в Восточной Азии, а затем и за ее пределами. Партнерство с Россией является одним из краеугольных камней китайской внешнеполитической стратегии, и такая ситуация сохранится в обозримом будущем. Но рано или поздно России придется делать выбор, какой модели будущего мироустройства она хотела бы отдать предпочтение. |
