| Description |
The article considers the physical nature of receiving diffusion coatings from aqueous suspensions of various alloys for various conditions and their further exploitation. Structure of coatings, advantages and features of the production of coatings from aqueous suspensions are shown. Based on the analysis of thermodynamic reactions in the systems of elements formulations of aqueous suspensions were developed and practical recommendations for their application to the parts of gas turbine engine were given.
В статье рассматривается физическая сущность получения диффузионных покрытий из водных суспензий на различных сплавах и для различных условий их дальнейшей эксплуатации. Приводится структура покрытий, преимущества и особенности получения покрытий из водных суспензий. На основании анализа термодинамических реакций в системах элементов разработаны составы водных суспензий и даны практические рекомендации для их применения на деталях ГТД. |
