| Description |
The article discusses the function of control within the organization - one of the main functions of the management process. The specificity of control over its involvement and communication with other key management functions is shown. Special attention is paid to the role of information in the implementation of controls in the management: coordination of activities of the organization is based on the interaction of formal and informal communication, implemented in the enterprise. Through the smooth functioning of a feedback mechanism - the core of control - on the basis of continuously operating communication in the organization out the relationship and interdependence of control with other control functions is carried.
В статье рассматривается функция контроля в организации - одной из основных функций управленческого процесса. Показана специфика контроля через его включенность в деятельность предприятия и связь с другими основными функциями управления. Отдельное внимание уделяется роли информации в реализации контроля в процессе управления: координация деятельности организации осуществляется на основе взаимодействия формальных и неформальных коммуникаций, осуществляемых на предприятии. Посредством слаженного функционирования механизма обратной связи - сердцевиной контроля - на базе постоянно функционирующих коммуникаций в организации осуществляется взаимосвязь и взаимообусловленность контроля с другими функциями управления. |
