Description The paper presents the Paris System for Reporting Urinary Cytology developed by the joint efforts of cytologists, pathologists and urologists in April 2016. We describe 7 accepted categories of cytological diagnoses, the risk of malignancy and recommended clinical management of patients with urinary pathology.
