An approach that is used to study short-term energy security of Azerbaijan is developed . For the medium- and long-term security challenges, the system consists on a set of 7-blocks, namely fuel supply, power electricity, power transmission and distribution, power consumption, power export and import of electricity, power reproduction of fixed assets, long-term development blocks.
Изложен подход, применяемый для исследования краткосрочной безопасности азербайджанской энергосистемы. Для среднесрочных и долгосрочных задач безопасности система представляется совокупностью семи блоков (обеспечение топливом, производство электроэнергии, передача и распределение электроэнергии, потребление экспорта и импорта электроэнергии, воспроизводство основных фондов, перспективное развитие). |
