The main scientific and technological directions in the field of obtaining new superhard nanostructured tool materials on the basis of diamond and cubic boron nitride which gained development in recent years in laboratory of nanostructured and superhard materials of the Joint Institute of Mechanical engineering of NAN of Belarus are considered.
Рассмотрены основные научные и технологические направления в области получения новых сверхтвердых наноструктурных инструментальных материалов на основе алмаза и кубического нитрида бора, получившие развитие за последние годы в лаборатории наноструктурных и сверхтвердых материалов Объединенного института машиностроения НАН Беларуси. |
