Description —
В последнее время большое внимание уделяется применению новых пероральных антикоагулянтов (НОАК) для профилактики тромбообразования у пациентов высокого риска. В настоящее время активно обсуждаются вопросы эффективности и безопасности применения зарегистрированных в России НОАК. В сентябре 2014 г. были представлены результаты исследования X-VERT, проведенного с ривароксабаном. Это первое проспективное многоцентровое рандомизированное открытое исследование применения НОАК при кардиоверсии у больных с фибрилляцией предсердий. Согласно результатам исследования X-VERT, ривароксабан оказался эффективной и безопасной альтернативой антагонистам витамина К и может позволить быстро выполнять кардиоверсию у гемодинамически стабильных больных с пароксизмом неклапанной фибрилляции предсердий.
