Description Статья посвящена обсуждению вопросов приверженности к применению двойной антитромбоцитарной терапии (ДАТ) у пациентов, перенесших острый коронарный синдром (ОКС) или перенесших коронарное стентирование. Как известно, руководства Европейского кардиологического общества рекомендуют в большинстве случаев после ОКС или стентирования использовать сочетание ацетилсалициловой кислоты (АСК) и одного из блокаторов P2Y12-рецепторов в течение 12 мес. Отмечается, что в разных исследованиях выявляется разная степень приверженности к длительной ДАТ. Описаны результаты регистра SWEDEHEART, где продемонстрирована польза продления ДАТ > 3 мес., а также данные регистра PARIS, в котором длительное прекращение ДАТ в ранние сроки было связано со значимо большей частотой неблагоприятных исходов. Показаны данные исследований, в которых продление ДАТ > 12 мес. в большинстве случаев не приводило к улучшению исходов.
