Description The article presents the analysis of modern approaches to risk stratification of development of stroke and systemic thromboembolism in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and also risk stratification of major bleeding on a background of antithrombotic therapy. The comparative characteristic of new oral anticoagulants is given.
В статье представлен анализ современных подходов к стратификации риска развития ишемического инсульта и системных тромбоэмболий у больных неклапанной формой фибрилляции предсердий, а также риска развития больших кровотечений на фоне антитромботической терапии. Дана сравнительная характеристика новых пероральных антикоагулянтов.
