Description The standard method of treatment of patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma is targeted therapy. Selection of drugs for these patients has remained a complex task. In the absence of predictors of effectiveness, clinical trials should serve as a reference point. 
Стандартным методом лечения пациентов, страдающих метастатическим почечно-клеточным раком, является таргетная терапия. Выбор препаратов для таких больных остается сложной задачей. В отсутствие предикторов эффективности следует ориентироваться на результаты клинических исследований.
