| Description |
Abstract. The new cytometric method for laboratory diagnosis of brucellosis in vitro conditions based on detection of hypersensitivity to Brucella has been developed. This test allows to differentiate vaccinal and infectious processes in case of chronic brucellosis, and to measure the level of patient sensibilization to Brucella. Thus, the test might be used to estimate intensity of post-vaccination immunity before re-immunization against brucellosis. Using of flow cytometry in the test excludes additional antigenic influence on human organism and allows to provide testing within 1 hour.
Резюме.Предложен новый цитометрический метод лабораторной диагностики бруцеллеза в условиях in vitro, основанный на определении повышенной чувствительности организма к бруцеллам. Тест позволяет дифференцировать вакцинный и инфекционный процессы при хроническом бруцеллезе, производить количественный учет степени сенсибилизации к бруцеллам и, соответственно, может быть использован для оценки напряженности поствакцинального иммунитета перед повторной иммунизацией против бруцеллеза. Использование метода проточной цитометрии при постановке теста исключает добавочное антигенное воздействие на организм и позволяет проводить постановку и учет реакции в течение 1 часа. |
