Abstract. Features of IgG and IgE immune response for opportunistic microbes of pharynx biotope in children with pharyngeal lymphoid hypertrophy and recurrent acute respiratory infections have been studied (base group). The ob tained data were compared with similar results for healthy children. It was shown that in children of base group in biotope of pharynx prevailed S. pyogenes, S. pneumoniae, S. mutans, P. vulgaris and C. albicans. It was demonstarted that in children of base group the IgG immune response was mainly induced by S. pyogenes, S. pneumoniae, B. catharrhalis and H. influenzae; and the IgE immune response — by S. pyogenes, S. pneumoniae, S. aureus and H. influenzae. The role of polyclonal induction of immune response to S. pneumoniae in pathogenesis of pharyngeal lymphoid hypertrophy and recurrent acute respiratory infections in children of early and preschool age has been detected.
Резюме. Проведено исследование особенностей иммунного ответа по показателям выработки IgG- и IgE- антител на условно-патогенную микрофлору глоточного биотопа у детей с гипертрофией миндалин лимфо- идного глоточного кольца и рецидивирующими острыми респираторными инфекциями. Полученные дан- ные сопоставлены с аналогичными результатами для условно-здоровых детей. Выявлено, что у детей основной группы в глоточном биотопе преобладали S. pyogenes, S. pneumoniae, S. mutans, P. vulgaris и C. albicans. Показа- но, что у детей основной группы иммунный ответ по IgG типу преимущественно формировался к S. pyogenes, S. pneumoniae, B. catharrhalis и H. influenzae; а по IgE типу — к S. pyogenes, S. pneumoniae, S. aureus и H. influenzae. Отмечена роль поликлональной индукции на S. pneumoniae в патогенезе гипертрофии миндалин лимфоидного глоточного кольца и рецидивов острых респираторных инфекций у детей раннего и дошкольного возрастов. |
