Aim was to determine visual abilities of visually impaired persons in working process.Materials and methods. Accommodation was measured before and following standardized visual load and visual capacities testing using automated system «Proftest-1».Results. Under the same visual performance disturbances (for example, low visual acuity) but different ophthalmic disorders, the degree of working capacities limitation varies over a wide range.Conclusion. The data obtained confirm the hypothesis that visual abilities in the working process of visually impaired persons depends on visual capacities.
Цель: Определение зрительных возможностей больных с различными видами офтальмопатологии в трудовом процессе.Методы: Методом аккомодометрии изучали объем аккомодации у слабовидящих пациентов до и после стандартизированной зрительной нагрузки и проведения тестирования зрительной работоспособности по методике «Профтест -1».Результаты: Установлено, что при одном и том же нарушении зрительной функции (например, остроте зрения),но при различных видах офтальмопатологии, степень ограничения способности к труду может варьировать в широких пределах.Заключение: Полученные данные подтвердили предположение, что зрительные возможности больных с различными видами офтальмопатологии в трудовом процессе зависят, главным образом, от состояния зрительной работоспособности. |
