«Офтальмоферон®, глазные капли» — первый препарат интерферона в виде стабильных глазных капель — находит всё более широкое применение в монотерапии и в комплексной терапии различных глазных болезней в детской практике, где его использование оправдано в отсутствие альтернативных средств, в первую очередь для лечения вирусных заболева- ний глаз. Офтальмоферон® (ОФ) сочетается с другими глазными препаратами и хорошо переносится. В отличие от других лекарственных форм интерферонов, требующих экстемпорального приготовления, готовые стабильные капли ОФ удобны для применения. Такие свойства ОФ, как противовирусное, противовоспалительное, антиаллергическое, антибактериальное,антипролиферативное, определяют дальнейшие перспективные направления применения препарата. |
