this article presents a review of available literature concerning basic directions of refractory glaucoma treatment. the surgical management of refractory glaucoma is presented by two main groups of surgical techniques: filtering surgery (including surgery with the use of antimetabolites and implants) and cyclodestructive procederes. types of glaucoma drainages are described, modern valve drainage system is presented.
В обзоре литературы представлены основные методы лечения рефрактерной глаукомы (РГ). Хирургические методы ле- чения, применяемые при РГ, условно можно разделить на две группы. Первая — фистулизирующие вмешательства, включа- ющие традиционную хирургию, хирургию с применением цитостатических препаратов, а также хирургию с использованием имплантов. Вторая группа — циклодеструктивные вмешательства, подавляющие секреторную функцию цилиарного тела. Описаны виды антиглаукомных дренажей, представлены последние модификации клапанной дренажной системы. |
