| Description |
Purpose: To study complications at carrying out posterior capsulorhexis during phacoemulsification, clinical and ultrastructural features of a posterior len’s capsule.Methods: 82 patients (82 eyes) with an age cataract underwent phacoemulsification, IOL implantation and posterior capsulorhexisin the Ufa Scientific Research Institute of Eye Diseases. The technique of operation was traditional. The research of a capsular bag by electron microscopy was carried out on 8 cadaver eyes of the person of different ages (range 24 to 83 years).Results: The operational and postoperative complications, the received functional results in supervision terms till 3.5 years are described. Development of a secondary cataract and retina detachment was not registered. Laser interventions on a len’s bag was not required. High visual acuity was received. Researches of cadaver eyes of the person of different ages by electron microscopy revealed thinning and destruction of a len’s capsule at persons at senile age (after 75 years).Conclusion: Stable visual functions in the remote period allows to recommend posterior capsulorhexis during phacoemulsification. The fibrosis of posterior len’s capsule should be a compulsory procedure of phacoemulsification.
Цель. Изучить осложнения при проведении первичного заднего капсулорексиса (ПЗКР) в ходе факоэмульсификации катаракты (ФЭК), выявить клинические и ультраструктурные особенности задней капсулы хрусталика.Методы. ФЭК с имплантацией ИОЛ и ПЗКР была проведена 82 пациентам (82 глаза) с возрастной катарактой в Уфимском НИИ глазных болезней. Техника операции была традиционной. Электронно-микроскопическое исследование капсульного мешка проведено на 8 кадаверных глазах человека разного возраста (от 24 до 83 лет).Результаты. Описаны операционные и послеоперационные осложнения, полученные функциональные результаты в сроки наблюдения до 3,5 лет. Не отмечено развития вторичной катаракты и отслойки сетчатки. Ни в одном случае не потребовалось проведения лазерных вмешательств на сумке хрусталика. Получена высокая острота зрения. Электронно-микроскопические исследования кадаверных глаз человека разного возраста выявили истончение и деструкцию задней капсулы хрусталика у лиц cтарше 75 лет.Заключение. Получение стабильных зрительных функций в отдалённом периоде позволяет рекомендовать проведение первичного заднего капсулорексиса при факоэмульсификации катаракты. При фиброзе задней капсулы хрусталика первичный задний капсулорексис должен быть обязательной процедурой ФЭК. |
