Purpose: To analyze the data, visometry and the thickness of the fovea, patients with dry form of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) after dosing Vitalux Plus.Methods: We observed 25 patients with dry form of AMD. Visometry and optical coherence tomography of the macula was assessed at 1 and 3 months after treatment Vitalux Plus.Results: In the study group according to visometry and optical coherence tomography was found a positive trend. In the course of our research in 65.3 % of the thickness of the fovea increased, probably by increasing the layer of pigment epithelium. Improvement in the layer of pigment epithelium was observed mainly in patients with early-stage AMD, and in this group also found improvement in visual acuity and more motivated to treatment and further outpatient observation.Conclusion: During the observation period, all patients with dry form of AMD, the stabilization of visual acuity. In the main group on the background of the drug Vitalux Plus objective indicators showed improvement according to retinal optical coherence tomography.In the analysis of the results showed a positive therapeutic effect in patients Vitalux Plus, especially with early dry form of AMD.
Цель. Анализ данных визометрии и толщины фовеа пациентов с сухой формой возрастной макулярной дегенерацией (ВМД) после приема препарата Виталюкс Плюс.Методы. Под нашим наблюдением находилось 25 пациентов с сухой формой ВМД. Визометрию и оптическую когерентную томографию макулы оценивали через 1 и 3 месяца после приема препарата Виталюкс Плюс.Результаты. В исследуемой группе по данным визометрии и оптической когерентной томографии была выявлена положительная динамика. В ходе наших исследований в 65,3 % случаев толщина фовеа увеличилась, видимо, за счет увеличения слоя пигментного эпителия. Улучшение показателей слоя пигментного эпителия в основном наблюдалось у пациентов с ранней стадией ВМД, также в данной группе также было выявлено повышение остроты зрения и более мотивированное отношение к лечению и дальнейшему диспансерному наблюдению.Заключение. За период наблюдения у всех больных сухой формой ВМД отмечена стабилизация остроты зрения. У пациентов основной группы на фоне приема препарата Виталюкс Плюс наблюдалось улучшение объективных показателей сетчатки по данным оптической когерентной томографии. При анализе полученных результатов выявлено положительное терапевтическое действие Виталюкс Плюс у пациентов, особенно с ранней стадией сухой формы ВМД. |
