Purpose: to determine efficiency of Proteflazidum in treatment of herpetic uveitis.Methods: 87 eyes of 78 patients, suffering by different forms herpetic uveitis were studied. In I (control) group (41 eyes) applied traditional treatment. In II (basic) group (46 eyes) as a part of complex therapy applied Proteflazid inside. Carrying out Immunoenzyme analysis of blood and polymerase chain reaction studies with conjunctival scrapings in dynamics of treatment herpetic cornea inflam- mation, has been allowed to estimate objectively efficiency of spent therapy and degree cure of patients.Results: the combined treatment by a preparation of Proteflazidum and Ganciclovir for eye herpetic infection promotes stabiliza- tion of infectious process at early stages with preservation and improvement of visual functions (93.5%), to lengthening of the periods of remission (957%), normalization laboratory given (97.6%) and immunological indicators (94.9%). Data of IFA, PCR and immunogram blood in the treatment of herpetic uveitis can objectively evaluate the effectiveness of the therapy and the degree of cure of patients.Conclusion: Сomplex treatment of herpetic uveitis with drug Proteflazidum is more effective than traditional treatment regimen.
Цель. Оценить эффективность лечения герпетических увеитов препаратом Протефлазид.Методы. В исследование включено 78 больных (87 глаз), страдающих разными формами герпетического увеита. В I (кон- трольной) группе (41 глаз) применяли традиционное лечение. Во II (основной) группе (46 глаз) в составе комплексной терапии назначали Протефлазид перорально. Наряду со стандартными офтальмологическими исследованиями проводили оптиче- скую когерентную томография (ОКТ), иммуноферментный анализ (ИФА) крови на вирус простого герпеса (ВПГ) I и II типа (специфические IgM, IgG), полимеразную цепную реакцию (ПЦР) соскоба с конъюнктивы на ВПГ, оценивали иммунный статус.Результаты. Комбинированное лечение герпесвирусной инфекции глаза, включающее этиотропную и иммуномодули- рующую терапию с препаратом Протефлазид, способствует стабилизации инфекционного процесса на ранних стадиях с со- хранением и улучшением зрительных функций (93,5%), удлинению периодов ремиссии (95,7%), нормализации лабораторных данных (97,6%) и иммунологических показателей (94,9%). Данные ИФА, ПЦР и иммунограмма крови в динамике лечения гер- петических увеитов позволяет объективно оценить эффективность проводимой терапии и степень излеченности больных.Заключение. Комплексная терапия герпетического увеита с включением препарата Протефлазид оказывает более вы- раженный клинический эффект по сравнению с традиционным лечением. |
