Different approaches to surgical and pleoptic treatment of congenital cataract and amblyopia of obscure origin in children are represented. Main tendencies that determine the indications to surgical procedures and their terms are described. Current techniques of aphakia correction, their advantages and disadvantages as well as pleoptic methods of visual system stimulation are discussed
В настоящей работе представлены различные подходы к хирургическим и плеоптическим методам лечения врожденной катаракты и обскурационной амблиопии у детей. Описаны основные тенденции, определяющие сроки и показания к проведению хирургических вмешательств. Рассмотрены современные способы коррекции афакии, их преимущества и недостатки, а также плеоптические методы воздействия на зрительную систему |
