The hygienic complex for the eyelids and magnetic field actions were studied in the prophylactic and treatment of the blepharocon- junctival form of dry eye. It was placed the actions with tear’s substitute and antibacterial eye drops got to disappears of the symptoms, restorations of the tear film and improvement quality of live. the hygienic complex involved all eyelids glands but did not injure theeyelids and did not pain in the eyes.
Разработаны лечебно-профилактические мероприятия при блефароконъюнктивальной форме ССГ, включающие маг- нитную терапию и комплекс гигиенических процедур. Установлено, что эти мероприятия в сочетании со слезозаместитель- ной и антибактериальной терапией приводят к устранению симптомов блефароконъюнктивита и синдрома сухого глаза, вос- становлению слезной пленки и длительной ремиссии, что значительно улучшает качество жизни пациента. При применении комплекса процедур по гигиене век мейбомиевы железы сохраняют свое анатомическое строение, не травмируются и полно- стью сохраняют свои функции. Гигиена век захватывает все железы, процедуры способствуют формированию полноценной слезной пленки, отсутствует болевой эффект и нет необходимости в местном обезболивании. |
