Purpose: Functional results analysis of ophthalmologic help system for premature infants, which includes the full cycle of early revelation, treatment and regular medical check-up activities for patients with ROP in Central region of Russia.Methods: Fields for ROP screening were performed in premature infants medical care units by clinic specialists. Infants with re- vealed ROP were directed to Kaluga Branch of IRtC «Eye Microsurgery» for detailed diagnostic examination and subsequent treatment and monitoring.Results: In 2003-2011 454 fields in Kaluga, tula, Bryansk, and Orel regions were made. 8861 infants were examined. ROP was found in 1834 infants (20.7%). 823 different interventions for infants with active ROP were performed: 737 retinal lasercoagulations, 3-ports vitrectomy — 72, lensvitrectomy — 14. the total efficacy of the treatment was 92.9%.Conclusion: the ophthalmologic help system for premature infants in Central region of Russia combines all directions from de-tailed diagnostic to hich-technology treatment. It allows to reproduce one all over the Russian Federation territory.
Цель. Анализ результатов функционирования системы оказания офтальмологической помощи недоношенным детям, включающей полный цикл мероприятий по раннему выявлению, лечению и диспансерному наблюдению пациентов с ретино- патией недоношенных (РН) в Центральном регионе РФ.Методы. Специалистами клиники осуществлялись выезды в отделения выхаживания недоношенных с целью проведения скрининговых осмотров детей из группы риска по развитию РН. Дети с выявленной РН направлялись в Калужский филиал ФГБУ МНТК «Микрохирургия глаза» для детального диагностического обследования, дальнейшего лечения и мониторинга.Результаты. За период 2003-2011 гг. было осуществлено 454 выезда по Калужской, Тульской, Брянской, Орловской об- ластям, осмотрен 8861 недоношенный младенец. РН выявлена у 1834 детей (20,7%). Проведено 823 различных хирургических вмешательств (ЛКС — 737, трехпортовая ленссберегающая витрэктомия — 72, ленсвитрэктомия — 14). Общая эффектив- ность лечения составила 92,9%.Заключение. Предлагаемая система организации офтальмологической помощи недоношенным детям в Центральном регионе России объединяет все направления: от точной диагностики до высокотехнологичного лечения, — что позволяет тиражировать ее на всей территории Российской Федерации. |
